Have owned for 2 weeks. I have inflammatory arthritis and was hoping to get relief from some symptoms. Well after 5 uses my inflammation is definitely reduced! I use it between 30 to 40 mins. I really enjoy the various lighting as well as the speakers available for any Bluetooth to play music with. But the true test for me is to see if there was a reduction in my symptoms. I'm in a cold climate and to think I'll be getting great results all winter is a huge comfort! If you have a spot for this and can treat yourself especially with body injury due to a injury or illness please don't hesitate. It works!! Shipping was quick easy and my driver was kind enough to bring it to my door.

We did a ton of research on saunas and decided to go with the San Marino. It arrived within a week and a half! My wife and I put it together in about 45 minutes and used it for the first time that night! Absolutely fantastic! There’s plenty of room for two people and it had no problem heating up to 135 degrees despite being in our garage and being winter here in Colorado. We are super psyched and excited to use it as much as we can!! Top notch customer service and answered all my questions through email. Amazing sauna at an amazing price!!

Sauna is exactly as described. Shipped quickly. Pros: Super easy to assemble. Definitely need two people to assemble. Recommend you follow the directions exactly and face the front panel towards the wall when assembling. The front panel is heavy but easy enough to turn around once assembled. Bluetooth enabled, heats quickly, controls easy to use. Cons: Perfect for one person, a tight fit for two adults. You have to sit up straight as you cannot lean back against the heating panels. Driver would not deliver down dirt road, so I had to meet the truck (semi) in a place where he could turn around. Thank goodness I have a trailer and the local lumber yard let the truck park there, or it would not have been delivered. It came in two boxes secured to pallet. I realize it's made of wood, but I thought there was a lot of excess sawdust. Less

We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our San Marino Sauna. The whole experience was great, beginning with the pleasant helpful first two phone calls, then from ordering online to setting up and using the Sauna, everything went very smooth. The email communications were very helpful and prompt and the contacts from the trucking company were very timely and exact on the delivery to our driveway. The sauna packaging was very secure and strong, with no damage at all in transit. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and we had it all together and up and running in about 2 hours. My wife and I have been using it everyday for a week now and we love it!. Thank you for making the process a smooth and enjoyable experience.
