EDEN Outdoor Luxury – Return & Refund Policy

At EDEN Outdoor Luxury, each supplier has its own return and refund policies. Returns and cancellations are processed according to the supplier’s specific rules. Please review carefully before making a purchase. All returns must comply with the instructions below.
1. Golden Designs – Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Any cancellation after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Returns:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer assumes all risk of loss and is responsible for return shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

All returned goods must be in original packaging.

Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items are damaged or not in compliance with this policy.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection at the warehouse.
Fees & Charges:

Handling & Restocking: 20% of total purchase for each sauna.

Shipping Costs: We provide free outbound shipping to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is charged at 120% of the original outbound freight to cover handling and logistics.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Must be obtained before shipping; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

Inspect packages before signing; refusal to accept damaged goods is required to claim insurance.
2. The Outdoor Plus – Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation:

Cancel within 24–48 hours of order placement without fee.

Cancellation after 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee.
Returns:
-
Returns are generally NOT accepted due to handmade/custom nature of products.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
-
Only special cases may qualify for review by T.O.P’s President.
Refunds & Processing:

Payments refunded via check by default.
-
Refund to credit card incurs a 3% processing fee (cannot be waived).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Notify The Outdoor Plus within 24–48 hours: support@theoutdoorplus.com

Refuse delivery if damage is observed.
3. HPC Fire Inspired – Returns, Holds, and Exchanges
Return Eligibility:

Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of shipment.

Subject to a 20% restocking fee on non-warrantable items.
-
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Credits:
-
Refunds applied to the original payment method.
-
No cash credits issued (except double charges due to processing errors).
-
Credits older than 90 days automatically apply to outstanding invoices.
Holds/CIA:
-
HPC will hold orders for 15 days; unclaimed orders return to stock and require re-ordering.
Required Information for Returns:

Purchase Order or Sales Order Number must be included with the return.

EDEN Outdoor Luxury is a reseller; we do not ship or handle returns ourselves.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted by the supplier
