EDEN Outdoor Luxury – Shipping Policy

At EDEN Outdoor Luxury, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all orders within the United States. Free shipping is offered on all outbound orders. All shipments are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners, and delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing & Shipment

  • In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Golden Designs).

  • Standard items: 1–6 business days after shipment.

  • Large items (e.g., saunas) shipped via freight carriers may require additional coordination.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, carrier availability, or environmental conditions.

Tracking Information:

  • Suppliers provide tracking within 24 hours of shipment.

  • If tracking is not received within 4 business days, contact: info@edenoutdoorluxury.com


2. Freight & Signature Requirements

  • Large items, such as saunas, are shipped via freight and require a signature upon delivery.

  • Freight carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

  • Most freight deliveries are curbside with a lift-gate.

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • Missed delivery or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer, including shipping, missed delivery, and transaction fees (up to 3%).

  • Delivery is subject to supplier freight terms and carrier policies.


3. Product Inspection & Damage Reporting

  • Inspect packages upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note it on the receipt.

  • Report damages directly to the supplier:

  • Packages signed for without inspection may not be eligible for supplier freight insurance claims.


4. Supplier-Specific Shipping Policies

Golden Designs Saunas

  • Orders ship 1–3 business days from the supplier warehouse.

  • Delivery via freight shipping with signature required.

The Outdoor Plus

  • Report incorrect items or damage within 24–48 hours of receipt.

  • Include photos, videos, and supporting documentation: support@theoutdoorplus.com

  • White glove delivery is not offered; third-party assistance may be needed.

HPC Fire Inspired

  • Shipping from Las Vegas, NV and Dayton, OH; average 1–2 day ship times.

  • FOB Place of Origin: Buyer assumes ownership when the carrier picks up the shipment.

  • Refuse delivery if freight is damaged; otherwise, buyer is responsible for claims.


5. Additional Notes

  • All shipments are domestic U.S. only.

  • Delivery dates are estimates; neither EDEN Outdoor Luxury nor suppliers are liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to inspect packages upon delivery and report issues promptly.
